Baltimore is full of talent. But too many young adults are blocked by barriers that have nothing to do with ability—limited access to training, lack of professional networks, financial challenges, and uncertainty about how to turn interest into a real career.
MyCareerBridge is a nonprofit organization dedicated to removing barriers and creating real pathways into tech careers for Baltimore's young adults. We combine hands-on training with consistent support—so learners don’t just complete a class, they build momentum toward employment.
We don’t believe short-term training alone is enough. That’s why MyCareerBridge is built as a full-year pathway: 15 weeks of technical training in high-demand areas like IT Support and Cybersecurity, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, career readiness, and employer connections that continue long after the classroom portion ends.
Our goal is simple: help Baltimore’s young adults gain skills, earn industry-recognized certifications, and step into careers where they can grow, provide for themselves and their families, and contribute to the community.
