How The Program Works

Attend an interest session to learn more about the program, understand next steps, and get your questions answered before moving forward.

We start with a short application and a member of our team will contact you.

This assessment will help us identify your current skills, aptitude, and the best pathway to support your growth.  From there, we will review your next steps for enrollment and program participation.

This phase introduces you to the program, expectations, schedule, and support resources so you c an begin your training  journey with clarity and confidence.

You’ll complete structured training with hands-on learning, labs, and coaching in your selected pathway. You’ll also receive certification-aligned instruction and preparation for industry-recognized credentials. 

Your support doesn’t stop at graduation. You’ll continue with career coaching, mentoring, professional development, interview prep, and job search support—while we actively build employer connections around you. 

After completing the technical training portion of the 12-month pathway, participants continue to receive career readiness and alumni support for the remainder of the program. This support may include check-ins, mentoring, professional development, resume support, interview preparation, mock interviews, and networking opportunities. When available, MyCareerBridge also shares opportunities and facilitates referrals for internships, apprenticeships, and potential contract or permanent roles through our employer network. Opportunities are not guaranteed and depend on participant eligibility, performance, and employer hiring needs.
