How The Program Works
Phase 1: Onboarding & Readiness
We start with a short application and onboarding process to confirm eligibility, understand your goals, and set you up for success.
Phase 2: Weeks 1–15 — Technical Training + Certifications
You’ll complete structured training with hands-on learning, labs, and coaching in your selected pathway. You’ll also receive certification-aligned instruction and preparation for industry-recognized credentials.
Phase 3: Weeks 16–52 — Career Pathway + Placement Support
Your support doesn’t stop at graduation. You’ll continue with career coaching, mentoring, professional development, interview prep, and job search support—while we actively build employer connections around you.
Phase 4: Alumni Support & Retention Tracking
After training, participants can access up to 12 months of alumni support—including check-ins, mentoring, professional development, resume support, interview preparation, mock interviews, and networking. When available, we also share opportunities and make referrals for internships, apprenticeships, and potential contract or permanent roles through our employer network; opportunities are not guaranteed and depend on eligibility, performance, and employer hiring needs.
